RIM gets new CEO, hopes to better its prospects

The control of the twin CEO's at Research in Motion has ended as Mike Lazaridis & Jim Balsillie have just resigned from their positions as co-CEO & allowed Thorsten Heins to take charge of the company.
Heins, who is associated with the Canadian mobile manufacturer for four years & who has even worked with Siemens previous to RIM for twenty long years, will replace Lazaridis & Balsillie, who now enjoys the position of vice-chairman of the board & director of the board, correspondingly.

Heins is very hopeful about his organization's success. He believes that the prior two Chief Executive Officers have taken the organization to new heights however realizes that the trip is distant from over & that if they carry on to do fine what they are doing he expects the firm to achieve one of the top three slots. He believes that innovation is at the heart of Research in Motion however that they require becoming superior at execution too.
