Apple iPhone tops user-satisfaction study yet again

The latest iPhone 4S has not just fetched the most profitable financial quarter last year but it has made owners of this astonishing device quite glad as well. This version of the Apple iPhoneseries has topped JD Power’s user-satisfaction study one more time. This is the seventh time Apple has topped the survey. HTC came second with 80 points, however the most notable revelation was that most of the companies such as Motorola, Samsung scored way below the industry average.

The biggest loser was the Finnish maker Nokia, which earned ratings even worse than the long-dead Palm. Users gave the utmost importance to the performance, convenience of operation, design, 4G connectivity and other aspects were also included in the statistics.
