iPhone 4S 32GB white deals: Apple’s dominance continues

Apple iPhone 4S is the latest handset from the house of the Cupertino-based mobile manufacturer. But, is it the best in the smartphone market? If you ask an Apple fan boy this question, he will undoubtedly claim that this is the best device in the entire smartphone market. But, it’s time we be a bit rational and analyse both the pros and cons of this device.

First, the small size of this device disappoints everyone. The 3.5-inch touchscreen seems appropriate for a mid-range handset, but not for a high-end device like this.  This screen size has remained constant in all the versions of iPhone. Perhaps in the next update, Apple will augment the screen size for good.

iphone 4s 32gb pay monthly

Moving on, it runs on iOS 5 and is expected to get updated to iOS 6, and the level of user-friendliness of this platform is not hidden from anyone.  Several new features will be added with this update. Here, users get an excellent 8 MP snapper. It’s great to see Apple finally up the ante.  Even the latest Samsung Galaxy S3 comes with an 8 MP snapper, which proves the point that such resolution is sufficient for a high-end product.

But, is an improved snapper the only reason for the popularity of Apple iPhone 4S? Well, the show-stealer attribute in this handset is the personal digital assistant, Siri. This feature has taken the complete world by storm, allowing consumers to control their smartphone merely with voice commands.

Apple iPhone 4S 32GB white deals are offered by several prominent service providers in the UK mobile phone market.  Log on to internet to find the best iPhone 4S 32GB white deals.  However, consider your needs and budget before making any final decision.

iPhone 4S white deals - Get a glimpse of Apple’s superiority

The release of iPhone 4S was underwhelming & disappointing to several users who were anticipating the arrival of the iPhone 5. And, there's the truth that the iPhone 4S is roughly identical to the previous generation. But, there's more than what meets the eye, since the device has made every critic silent and achieved great success. The reason is that the Cupertino-based mobile phone maker has made several alterations beneath the hood to enhance the overall performance, such as a faster CPU, a more compelling snapper, & of course a fresh antenna design. So, the benefits of owning this device easily overshadow the small screen size it comes.

There are many reasons for you to upgrade yourself to the magic of the iPhone 4S. The first impressions may not seem exciting, but once you experience it, the iPhone 4S clearly cast a spell over you. The show-stealer feature is Siri, which needs no introduction. At the moment, it seems more of a tool to play with rather than depend on it for crucial tasks. Still, it has attracted the fascination of consumers from all over the world. It has even forced rivals to come up with their own versions of this function.

Apple iPhone 4S white deals are offered by many network operators in the UK mobile phone market, such as Vodafone, Three, T-mobile, Orange, etc. These deals are offered in the expected three major formats, contracts, pay as you go, and SIM-free deals. iPhone 4S white 16gb are essential for an affordable and beneficial shopping experience.

A few Samsung Galaxy S3 units already shipped Sprint clients

With rumors that the unprecedented demand of the Samsung Galaxy S3 has resulted in delay of its release by Sprint, but the network operator clarified on Tuesday that it will try its level best to ship the handsets to consumers on June 21st who had pre-ordered the 16GB version.  This reputed network operator, however, stated that   the shipment could get delayed by one or two days. However, it is expected that today some consumers will get the flagship model of Samsung.

And for consumers, who ordered the 32GB variant of the Galaxy S3 deals, wait for one more week. For that extra 16GB memory space, a week’s wait is not going to hurt you. Also, it seems like other networks will also delay the launch of Galaxy S3. The word on the street is that AT&T has also delayed its launch of this smartphone. The version in question here is the 16GB version, as the network is not offering the 32GB version.  Some consumers who had ordered the S3 through AT&T are saying that their order status is showing “backordered”. However, we can’t confirm the delay as no official word is available at the moment.

If you have received notice about the shipment of your Samsung Galaxy S3 or is on backorder, let us know about the comments section below. And speaking of the Sprint & AT&T, you should check out the official sites of these reputed service providers to get all the latest updates.

Such delays would have certainly dampened the spirits of consumers who are looking forward to lay their hands on the latest product from the house of the South Korean mobile phone manufacturer. But, it will not affect the popularity of the Galaxy S3, which is set to continue the dominance of Android in the smartphone universe.

Asus may release a dual-booting Windows/Android slate

Some days back, ASUS launched a video that showed a forthcoming slate that appears to be the new addition to its Transformer range of tablet computers. The Transformer slates can dock into a QWERTY keypad. The leaked video is inviting viewers to join ASUS as they declare some new unbelievable next transformations. The telecommunication giant's upcoming video was launched on Thursday preceding a declaration set for June 4th at Computex. Taking into consideration the meaning of the latest video, that announcement will be exceptionally appealing indeed. In the past, Asus transformer lineup has achieved success by giving users the benefit of a physical keyboard.  Perhaps, that’s why we are so keen to see what this company has in-store for us.

With this video, Asus has successfully excited us. The video does not say much but hints towards a possible device running on two platforms. The video has a drop of water splitting into two parts. First drop shows the Windows Phone symbol whilst the second one shows the Android sign. The punch line is "All-in-one" is no longer in one.  In addition, the entire staging proposes a dual-booting slate which can open either the Windows or the Android operating system. It will depend completely on user’s preference.

The ides seems great for users able to switch between two different platforms on a single device. At the moment, all this is mere speculations. Everything will be clearer on June 4th. Hence, keep your fingers crossed for Asus announcement at the event.

New phones 2012-Igniting the torch of technical brilliance

Mobile phone market is the place to be this year. With mobile makers trying to come up with newer and better products, it is certain that new phones in 2012 will pave the way for a new revolution.
Last year was all about dual-core CPUs & tech buffs got to experience some revolutionary devices like the Motorola Droid RAZR Maxx, Samsung Galaxy S2, and many more.  But, that year has gone by and everyone is eyeing devices scheduled to arrive in 2012.

This year, chip manufacturers will offer powerful quad core CPUs with superb multitasking capabilities. Even the performance of these devices is comparable to the power of a desktop computer.  The augment in the number of cores also imply that more power is in hands of the owner.  Many experts have expected such amplification to have grave impact on the industry benchmarks.
Power-saving attributes would also be included in the chipset.  Prominent manufacturers like Samsung, Sony, Meizu, HTC, Motorola and LG are already trying to have at least one product with quad-core processor in their portfolio. It will take some time before these processors become norm.  Hence, all the latest phones this year will not sport quad core processors. But, this does not dampen our spirits even for a second.

If the ongoing rumors have to believed, Motorola is preparing to release its Tegra 3 smartphones this year.  Motorola Jet & Motorola Bullet is the names of these handsets. Motorola Bullet will come with a quad three code Tegra 3 CPU. This smartphone is expected to come with the NFC chipset, 12MP snapper, etc. the second contender in our list is Motorola Jet. This device comes with a Tegra 3 CPU, processor, QWERTY keypad, NFC chipset and12 MP snapper.
Let’s move to Asia in our quest for some new phones in 2012. HTC is also preparing to launch some smartphones running on the quad core processors. For instance, HTC Edge is an upcoming smartphone powered by quad core CPU.  This device will run on NVIDIA's Tegra 3 CPU. This processor comes with 4 main cores & one additional core to do chores that are less demanding.  It’s also expected that a mighty battery will make sure that you never run out of juice using this device.

Apple wants to stop Samsung Galaxy S3 sales in the US

For past few days, Apple was a tad too calm on the legal front with Samsung. It seems that the Cupertino-based mobile phone maker was actually getting ready for a fresh strike against its arch nemesis, as its lawyers has filed a motion to stop the sales of Galaxy S3 in the US smartphone market.

With the flagship model from the house of the South Korean telecommunication giant expected to hit the shelves of 5 prominent networks this month, if the ban happens, many users could get their pre-order delayed or canceled.

This step by Apple appears a tad all of a sudden. Samsung Galaxy Nexus is also facing the heat, and the hearing of that case is expected to happen this week. The legal team of Apple claims that the European variant of this smartphone breaches a duo of patents, which are actually component of the Galaxy Nexus case. These comprises of universal search and smart links. As a result, the future of both Samsung Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Nexus is uncertain.

As expected, the Samsung legal team does not agree with Apple. They also claim that a separate motion is needed for the Galaxy S3. In addition, a notice period of two days is not sufficient for them.

Overall, the legal battle between the two leaders has heated up. And, it seems like that it won’t the over any time soon.  Obviously, we will keep you informed about all the developments in this intense rivalry between Samsung and Apple.

Windows Phone marketplace crosses 100,000 apps mark

In mere twenty months, Windows Phone marketplace has achieved the milestone of more than 100000 applications. This implies that around 313 new applications have been included each day, making WP platform a member of the elite group comprising of iOS and Android.

This is not bad for an applications store striving to compete with the likes of Apple's iTunes & Google's Play. As per reports from All About Windows Phone, Microsoft's mobile application market accomplished the 100k benchmark more rapidly than Android, which required twenty four months, however it was slower than iOS, which took only sixteen months to achieve this.

Last July Microsoft's applications marketplace achieved 25,000 applications and by the time December came it possessed 50,000 applications. So, in fourteen months they published 50k apps. Interestingly, it took only five months for this amount to get doubled.

All About Windows Phone states that more than 26,000 applications were published in the previous 3 months & approximately 9,000 apps were published in the last month itself. Around 24,000 publishers were involved in this process.

Even though 100,000 applications are said to be published, not all of them are presently live. A few have by now been phased-out, whilst some of them are in staging. The real live number is 88,371 applications. In addition, not every application is accessible all over the world. At this moment, only sixty nations carry Windows Phone Marketplace. It also differs from place to place which applications are accessible. For instance, 77,450 apps are obtainable in the United States, which flaunts the maximum number of apps. Saudi Arabia with only 20000 apps has the least.

Android ICS controls 7.1% market share gains from newer models

With each passing moment, the share of Ice Cream Sandwich OS in the market is increasing. Perhaps after some time, the majority of droids will run on the Android v4.0. In the past also, we have witnessed that the new software picks up momentum and get hold of the total market share.

At the moment, Ice Cream Sandwich is present in 7.1% of Android-running gizmos, a significant increase from the 4.9% witnessed in previous month's data. Android v2.3 a.k.a. Gingerbread, which in its initial stage was at the point where ICS stands now, controls a whopping market share of 64.6% leading the smartphone market, and an augment of around 0.6% from last month. The data utilized for these stats arrive from the previous fourteen days concluding on June 1st.

The boost in Android 4.0 usage over the previous month is perhaps because of the arrival of a number of fresh ICS-running smartphones like the HTC One line up along with the upgrades being released to some old models. Android v2.2 still has some control over the market. As a matter of fact, one in every five droid units runs on this platform. However, the share of the Froyo-running models will continue to decrease in the future as more consumers are moving on to newer options.

The Honeycomb controls 2.7% market share at the moment. Now, more and more tablets are coming with ICS on-board. Anyway, smartphones running on Android 1.5 to 2.1 constitutes around 6.1 % of the total technology market.
